How much progress will I lose

Hey all. I’m in base 2 after a few months and currently 3 months out from my first race of the year (10 mile TT) and I’ve picked up an injury. It’s some sort of weakness in one quad. I’ve been doing easy rides for a week and the doc recommended anti-inflammatorys and another easy week.

I guess it’s in impossible to say for sure but how much do you think two easy weeks would impact my training assuming that’s all I need?

If you are 3 months out, and have been able to stay on the bike for easy rides over the 2 weeks, it will have a pretty minimal impact
