I’m coming back to TR after some time off. Cycling isn’t my #1 priority right now so thought I’d try to fit in 2-3 TrainNow sessions a week and get back into things. I’m getting an “AI Pick” which is a SS workout and “AI Workouts” → “TrainNow” is recommending Over-Unders / Endurance / VO2 intervals.
I’ve read the blog posts about AI workouts and TrainNow but I’m a bit confused that TR is recommending me four completely different workouts in two different places. I’m not sure what the difference between “AI Pick” and “AI Recommended” / TrainNow is. Any else who is using these features have any advice?
