In Keeler Needle -4 description it reads:

“Keeler Needle -4 consists of a total of 14 Power Ramps ranging from 115-150% FTP.”

The ramps are 12.

In “Emmet” description it reads:

"Emmet is 8x2-minute largely aerobic efforts at 109% FTP with 4 standing, 6-second sprint-like bursts at 150-200% FTP.

Recoveries between intervals are about 2 minutes long."

The recoveries between intervals are 2.5 minutes long.

Perdudu and Lola -1 are the same workout. Why do they both exist?

Pope VO2 2.8 has an incomplete sentence in the description. “…recoveries between sets are 3 m”

In the description for McMicken it says “Each interval is spearated” instead of separated.

Hours to minute conversion mistake in the description of James - TrainerRoad workout.

1:30 total time become 130 min (90min)
1:25 time in zone become 125 min (85min)

Thought: surely a spelling checker can be run against the descriptions? Or are there too many exceptions? AI (or more correctly ML) should have a field day with this.

Small nit - Taylor -3 Description says “as many as 12” short intervals. Had me counting, but each of the 3 sets has exactly 12. Would suggest deleting “as many as” for clarity. Seems to be true for at least some of the Taylor variations as well.

The term “time-crunched version” doesn’t apply to Nied, since it has only one version.

Furthermore, the instructions inside the workout mostly refer to Keeler Needle, not Nied.

Cenizo - rode today as an alternate for Taylor. Description is same as Taylor, including 120% intervals, but Cenizo is 117%.

In Jupiter at 15:10, the text calls the workout Arber instead of Jupiter.

In completed Keeler Needle today and noticed the same thing. The interval times in the 2nd set (if i rememeber correctly) are not right.
