The recoveries between intervals are 2.5 minutes long.

Thought: surely a spelling checker can be run against the descriptions? Or are there too many exceptions? AI (or more correctly ML) should have a field day with this.

In the description, it reads âRecoveries between intervals are 5 minutes long.â. Well, the recoveries are 5.5 (five and half) minutes long.
Small nit - Taylor -3 Description says âas many as 12â short intervals. Had me counting, but each of the 3 sets has exactly 12. Would suggest deleting âas many asâ for clarity. Seems to be true for at least some of the Taylor variations as well.

Cenizo - rode today as an alternate for Taylor. Description is same as Taylor, including 120% intervals, but Cenizo is 117%.
In Jupiter at 15:10, the text calls the workout Arber instead of Jupiter.
In completed Keeler Needle today and noticed the same thing. The interval times in the 2nd set (if i rememeber correctly) are not right.
