Mount formidable +1, 2, and 3 seem to be using ālongerā instead of āhigherā for the microbursts in the description. I would just use use verbiage in āmount formidableā version and adjust the duration and %s

Those microbursts arenāt āhigherā though, all iterations of Mount Formidable have the microbursts at 150-180%. They are 5 seconds for the original version, 8 for another, 12, and 15, so ālongerā is the most accurate verbiage here.
I see. It is comparing to the OG version. That isnāt really clear the way it is written. Wouldnāt it be better just to use the same language as MF and change the duration for 1, 2, and 3 versions?
The outside version of Iron Knob Mountain has a couple issues:
- The power-based and RPE text description should say six intervals, not seven.
- When I scheduled the outside version, the workout that went to my Wahoo Elemnt Bolt was half an hour long, with a 15-minute warm-up and one interval. It was too late for me to find an alternate and send that, so I just rewound that one interval a bunch of times
Mt Hale -1 shows up in my calendar as Mt Hale +1 and is associated with my latest ride. When I load it up, it says 9 min at 105% w/ 5 min recovery which is what Mt Hale -1 is if I search in workouts.
Pisgah +2: Recovery between intervals are 3 not 2 minutes
āDivision is 4x3.75-minute intervals at 106% FTP. Each interval is separated by a 13 minute recovery valley.ā
Itās 2x3:30 and 2x3:45 intervals.

Perkins -1 just before 10 mins, a couple instructions have the wrong intensity range for the workout (I think it lists the range for Perkins)
Grouse +1 one of the intervals in the third set is 131% instead of 130%
In Cheaha, at around 10mins, the start of the 5 min 70% section I think the text refers to 15 mins of riding at this level, when it it actually only 5 mins. However I may have misread it as the interval finishes around 15 mins. Worth checking.
Mesachie -3 says there are instructions, but I didnāt see any

Also, the workout automatically shifts from ERG to resistance mode (as mentioned in workout description), but does so 10 seconds before the interval stands and without previous notice; it might be wise to fix this

To be precise, Walker is 2 hours of 70% FTP.
