Depending upon the variation, some workouts donât have the same structure to accommodate those drills/instructions, so we just gotta build some new ones! Thanks for your patience.

Not in-ride but the description on Monk says "6x4-minute repeatsâ but the middle two intervals are 4.5 minutes. Would also be nice if the last 28 minutes wasnât classified as a cool down.

Having just done this workout, I can assure all at TR they are 30 seconds.

- The 1st 56% interval seems to be divided in 2 parts and the countdown sound ticks during it, despite everything staying the same;
- The countdown sound doesnât go off for the ramp up to the 2nd 56% interval, only for the end of the ramp-up.

This is in the workout description (not the in-ride text), but for Lesser Wedge it is described as: > Description

However, the intervals are actually 25 secs hard, 25 secs float.

Inspiration is 4x3.75-minute intervals at 106% FTP. Each full interval is spearated by a 11 minute and 45 second recovery valley.
