Cool. I added Monitor +1 to the calendar, 6pm MDT. I may add 15-30 mins of Endurance power at the end via extend cool down function.

I haven’t done a group workout yet, but the google calendar is great! Easy to see when I could do one, and also easy to toggle on/off.
I now have to dig up a webcam to put on the trainer PC.

I hope they’ll include a feature which we can just browse and pick group workout sessions on the fly.
@paulignacio That would be cool for sure. Doubtful short term but at least the calendar that was created works for now (been less than 2 days). I think if more people use the calendar it could be pretty nice to pick and chooses.
If you guys still have room, I could be in for Monitor +1 tomorrow evening. I’ve got a different SS workout on the calendar for tomorrow, so Monitor +1 would be a reasonable substitution in order to do the workout with some company.

Yeah, you can follow the workout, and manually bump Workout Intensity up 3-5% and get really close to Donner’s TSS and IF.
You can lower it to 100% in the recoveries, or just ride below target by a few watts (since you are on a standard trainer).

Also, if any of you have a preference for a different 1 hour workout around Sweet Spot to Threshold, we can swap out Monitor +1. I’m just happy to get in a GW and loosely following a plan.
Monitor +1 works for me. I had Antelope this week but that’s 90 and I can just ride it this weekend, was thinking the +3 version anyway. I’ll send you my email for the invite.
