I always tether mine onto the mount or a cable close by sonic the mount fails it does t go far.
Been liking my 1040. Had a go at power guide this morning on a TT course recon. I had it on 10/10 but could go a bit harder but it is pretty useful as a guide to what is coming up and what to aim for. If I wanted to max it I would go 5/10% above the value. Stamina had me as about 20% left at the end of the 19km course so again pretty accurate as I didn’t want to empty the tank.
Rest of it I am liking. Screen size is nice to glance down at. Quick to find satellites etx
