Hi Everyone. This is my first go at structured training. I just completed SSBMV1 and have been feeling fitter than ever before. I was attempting my Ramp Test today to start SSBMV2 and when I was just about out of juice the app crashed on me. Is there a way to recover this workout or a way to calculate what my FTP would have been with the power level I was currently on?+
If it helps I was using a Pixel 3 XL.
