Comparing your FTP from a Zwift race is part of the issue because they take your best 20 minute effort (at any given time) x .95. This is different than a actual 20 minute test. Also HV plans can leave you in a constant state of fatigue so adaption becomes a issue. You might get through the workouts but never really improving.

i ignored the new ftp (the lower one obtained during last ftp test) and did today 7x 5min at 108%ftp…
Regarding to SSHV… i did mostly all the WO never bailed out neither reduced intensity…
Todays WO was hard, but 9/10 effort…so i suppose ftp is correct as is…
Lets see as the weeks go by, if the fatigue is manageable

you could go do another zwift race and see what ftp it gives you. I know ftp tests are no fun, but you should do them when TR tells you to do them. Same test each time. The ramp test seems fine to me.
I’m thinking the odds of it not being the same person are very slim.
Looks to me like he’s been doing his own thing and hasn’t completed SSHV1 and 2 like he stated.
