I am new to TR and would like to ask you a question
I have created a training plan with two target races
I usually train alone almost every day but some Saturday or Sunday I join a group. Those days it would be difficult to do some of the training proposed by TR. Some days are uncomfortable 3 or 4 hour rides. Other days I like to go for long climbs.
How could I include those days in a training plan?
Would it be advisable to add it as a C race? (Some days seem to be)
What is the best way to include them in the plan so that TR can adapt planning?
