I’ve just started base again this week but with good weather I have started this week with a 4 hour, 70% of FTP ride which gave 240tss so I’m not sure to continue with SS plan or would I be better maybe doing a vo2 workout with long ride. I will get one long ride a week done. Didn’t find the long ride to hard.
If you’re doing base i would mainly do ss work along with the endurance rides. If you’re afraid to lose supra-treshold power, you could maybe throw in some vo2 once in a while.
