Continuous Press, Quick Intensity Adjustment [Feature Request]

On the mobile app, you press the (+) or (-) button to increase or decrease the Intensity, which works well enough in general. It makes it one percent jump per press. But if you want to make bigger changes, it takes lots of presses to make big swings (like + or - 100 in some cases) to extended cool-downs and turn them into “endurance” intensity and length. I did that very thing this weekend to add 20 minutes of endurance at the end of a SS ride. I had to press the button 100 times to get to …
