Extending workout segments

Prior to using Zwift to do my trainerroad workouts, I used the TR app. There was (and possibly still is) an option to extend segments, like the warm up for example, by a minute at a time. I haven’t been able to find a way to do this during a workout using Zwift. Is it there and I’m just not seeing it? Is there another way? Through companion app maybe? Today I was doing ‘Saddleback’, a 45 minute 74% z2 ride. It had a 1 minute ramped warm up before getting into 43mins at 252w. I know I could just do 5 minutes free riding in Zwift but I figured it would be easier just to add on a few minutes at the start of a ride if the warm up isn’t sufficient. Thanks:)

As far as I know, there isn’t a way to technically extend your warmup or cooldown when in Zwift.

What most people do is ride in Zwift first before loading up their TR workout, and then continuing to ride after their workout ends if they want a longer cooldown. :man_shrugging:
