Have any of you experienced runny nose or sneezing soon after a long work out? I seem to be getting this recently and wondering if its just me…

Yes all of this year unfortunately. In combination that I shaved off my beard it’s a terrible feeling. 
I just started to use Flonase–seems to help stop the sneezing.
All the time, my nose runs a few minutes into any exercise, in door or out door at any time of year.
Allergic rhinitis (hayfever) is a response to allergens but this is just from exercise

I never sneeze, but always get a runny nose. Snot rocket!!
