I mean yeah there’s a lot of good here, and no - you don’t need a 40 dollar electrolyte supplement, but I don’t agree with him about hyperhydration prior to events.
Lots of good here, but I assume you’ve read Jardine et al on Pre-Exercise Hyperhydration and performance?
