I’ve done this for Tri’s before - mixed 3 packets of Maurten 320 into a 750ml bottle and marked off the amount for each packet/water mix. Then at each aid station, dump 1 mark of concentrate into the front-mounted hydration system and mix in another 250ml of water.
I’d recommend doing something like this here if you can, make up a concentrate and mix with water to maintain the ratios.
