This was asked years ago but I dont see a recent answer. I have been moving around a fair bit between Detroit, Abq and Tucson, with about a 4000ft delta in base altitude. Although this makes for great training it sure causes chaos with the data and RPE of workouts. Do any of these systems take this data into account? Any way we could tell plan builder what our base altitude is in the calendar and have it adjust for us?
At the moment, this isn’t something that Adaptive Training/Plan Builder can take into account.
I think Workout Alternates could be a good tool for you to use if you find yourself having some difficulty with the altitude changes, though. Don’t be afraid to back things down if needed – moving on its own is stressful/challenging enough, and it must be even tougher with those altitude changes!
