Repeating an interval or any segment will wipe out the completed part that is overwritten. So it’s not great if you are looking to “add” intervals and still get full analysis and TSS info.

But it is good if you have an interruption or mechanical and want to step back to ‘redo’ part of a workout.

The jump forward works fine and skips whatever you bypass.

On Win/Mac, you can swap easily between trainer modes with on-screen controls (see above) or the ‘T’ key on the keyboard.

On mobile, it is more of a pain, but you access the Devices, Trainer and swap modes, then back out to the workout. There is an open Feature Request to improve this access, and we are hoping to see it with the pending Mobile app update.
