Dietary Changes, Restricting Processed Carbs, Weight Management, and Sugar/Fueling in Cycling?

Do you find that causes a lot of bloating and constipation though? One thing that I have learned over time is that too much fiber can really slow down bowel movements, so it’s not just that high fiber makes you more ‘regular’. It can actually cause issues with your gut being too full of food all the time. Then again, this is very personal and I agree fiber is important. I just overdid it for a while adding flax seed to everything.

No bloating or constipation at all. Completely regular. I’ve been leaning consistently about 1/3 to 1/2 pound per week for a couple of months now. Normally when I’m cutting fat I don’t feel like it’s sustainable for several months, this method really works for me.

I was looking at FoodCoach, but am a little cautious about it. For one thing, it seems to have <10 review in the App Store. I suppose doing the free trial wouldn’t hurt anything though.
