Desktop not synced with iPad App

I loaded a training plan to my calendar via the iPad app. However, when I login via my desktop (same acct), I don’t see the training plan on my calendar. After my ride is completed on the desktop, it does synch to my iPad but doesn’t appear as a completed scheduled workout. In other words, I see a completed ride and STILL see the scheduled ride as incomplete. This has been happening for several months now. Since it was off season, I ignored it…but now that training is getting started again, I’d like to figure this out. Has anyone else experienced this before?
