I know but the last time i wrote to support I wated nearly 2 weeks for an answer, so i think I get a faster answer here.
Of course but support is very overwhelmed right now and they have a workout to do tomorrow.
If it takes 2 weeks to get a response that would suck and completely derail their training.
Let me see if there’s anything I can do here…
I was helped, thank you to TR. I had to recreate my account. I imported all trips and also rated correctly, only my FTP is 18 lower. And I can no longer use my previous plan, because it now always shows red on Tuesday. It wasn’t like that before and it’s exactly the same plan. Now I can’t do my 4 days on the bike, because for its only possible to train on These days.
You’ll have to set up this new account the same way you had your old one..
Have you synced over all of your previous ride data? That’s a good place to start. ![]()
Hey @Harry_Ck just circling back just in case!
Looks like the support ticket you placed yesterday got answered same day by Corey with instructions on what to do. ![]()
My account issue was resolved, yes, but not the red days. I uploaded all my rides from Strava and re-evaluated them all. Then I initially got an FTP of 152. Before, it was 170. I can live with that, even though I find it strange.
What’s worse, though, is that I’ve structured my training plan so that Monday and Thursday are my hard days, and Tuesday and Saturday are my endurance days. That way, I’m at least committed to the hard indoor days on Monday and Thursday. Now I have red days on Tuesdays. Before, it was at most a yellow day. I’ve solved it for now by simply reducing the duration on Mondays.
But that can’t be the solution.
Why don’t you just disable the fatigue detection for a few weeks until the system knows you again? It’s not the ideal solution, but if the only problem is the color of the days…
Ah, i didn’t know that i can do that. Where can I turn that off?
Edit: Found it ![]()
Hey @HarryC, I’d be mindful of turning Fatigue Detection off.
If you don’t have the training history data to back up the ramp up in volume (especially interval structured training) out fatigue detection flags you with Yellow and Red Days so you don’t over do it right off the bat. The idea is to progress into fitness, not the other way around.
As you complete workouts, our Fatigue Detection starts to read what kind of load you can sustain and the Yellow and Red Days naturally shift to less as you grow fitter. Plus you can always override the suggestion and do the original workout prescribed, but just be mindful, like a credit card, eventually you have to pay back the loan whether that’s in small increments or all at once. ![]()
Note on FTP Detections:
If the 170 was the Onboarding FTP (this is not AI FTP Detection, this is just an estimate) and the 152 was your AI FTP Detection, you’ll want to keep the 152 as this is based on your training data.
Actually, I don’t want to turn them off. I already had a training history with TR, which, with the exact same training plan, didn’t give me any red days (at least not on the days when I had a workout scheduled).
Since the account was accidentally deleted and I had to set everything up again, I’m now getting these red days, which have nothing to do with my actual fatigue level, because TR thinks I’m a brand new user.
@HarryC do you have all that TR data stores somewhere else so you can upload it to TR again?
Deleting the account unfortunately deletes everything…
