I signed back up to TR excited to try the new AI functionality.
My initial aiFTP was weird, so I decided to keep an open mind and start fresh like a new user in case anything from my history was causing issues. I couldn’t see how to do that, so I selected delete account.
This seemed to be a mistake on my part, as now I could not log in at all. I signed up again, but was surprised to see that I was charged again for the subscription. So now I have paid my sub twice.
It gets worse… the next day I cannot log in at all, as TR says no account exists for my email. So I have paid for 2 lots of subscriptions and don’t have an account!
Now I appreciate delete account was probably the wrong button to press… but I contacted TR support on Sunday to rectify.
It’s now the end of Wednesday and no reply from support. I have paid for 2 subs and have no account and would expect at least a response that they are working on it within 3 full working days.
