I got mine without any request for additional fees. Delivered by USPS. I hope there isn’t a surprise coming.
I got mine through UPS, bill came separately 2 weeks later. I’ll take a photo if I can still find it.
Cannondale Youth Team Discount
I received an email from Cannondale detailing their discount program for kids on teams. I know Trek also has a discount program for NICA members but this is for other programs as well (like states independent from NICA).
Rally pedals are discounted on biketiresdirect. Still more expensive than full price Favero ![]()
I don’t see how Rallys are even an option at this point and I’m very happy with my Garmin Forerunner and 1030 Plus.
Me neither

I have no idea what I’m really looking but I searched the US government harmonized tariff schedule for bicycle pedals and it shows 8% rate for General which is what I think Spain/EU (BikeInn/TradeInn location) falls under since the 30% seems to be just China and the they don’t seem to fall under the Special category.
So who knows. I obviously could be way off on this and who knows how the different delivery services handle notifying you of any import duties you need to pay. Certainly it’s sucky getting billed 2 weeks later instead of knowing up front when purchased
Here’s my bill, it got a little wet. Threw a gas can in for my dirt bike for good measure.
Also sidenote, I find it hilarious that the largest shipping company in the world uses inkjet printers in a commercial setting.
What a stressful next couple of weeks. I don’t get how they can force you to pay after you received it and without a note/confirmation that you know you have to pay it. You should be able to decline.
I wonder why the pedals have different duty classifications.
Just forward this bill to China since they’re paying the tariffs. ![]()
Second one is for the retaliatory tariffs.
I bought Rallys (on discount) in 2023 for the ability to switch between SPD and SPD-SL. I needed a PM for my gravel bike (SPD) and liked the option to travel with power (e.g., I brought the pedals to Mallorca, where I rented a bike). Now that Favero has that option, I don’t think it’s a purchase I’d repeat.
