New Sram stuff is excluded too, but it works on the older stuff. Back in the day they never charged sales tax and coupons worked on everything.

We never use to pay sales tax on Amazon. 
Garmin just prices their power pedals so high that even with the discount the full price Faveros are still cheaper.

In the EU the street price for Pro RS-2 and Rally Rs200 is almost the same.
