Looks like you need to do extensive base work. 
Base work is the foundation for sure!
They obviously didn’t use plan builder to construct that building!

Converted my on-trainer bike to 10-sp mech - a year ago. And the roadie is a 2005 “vintage” 10-sp Ultegra (6600). Just keeps going…
I showed my wife that meme last night hoping to plant seeds for future upgrades. She said, “how many races did you podium last year?” I said, “yeah, but that was Cat 5!” 
I’m going to show her my B cat results from Zwift races and see if that helps. 
I did just purchase a brandy new aero wheelset to replace the old 606 tubulars, so there’s that.
I love my 10-speed mech (2012 Dura Ace/Shimano Mix). On a 2018 frame now, but still don’t see any reason to upgrade
