Cycling accomodations in Bormio, ITA

My wife and I are going to Como, Bormio, and Mallorca on a honeymoon with bikes! In bormio we booked a room at Funivia and are second-guessing it because the social media makes it seem cheesy and overdone w/ lots of fitness influencers etc…there’s a HIROX camp the week we’re booked…so we;re looking around.

Does anyone have experience with summer accomodations in Bormio especially Funia and La Genzianella?

I have stayed at Hotel Alu.

The rooms were nice, they had a garage to store bikes with a small workshop area, it’s on the doorstep of the cable car up to Bormio 3000 and of course easy access to the Stelvio etc. The food was fantastic.

We spent 3 days in the area before moving on to the Dolomites.

Enjoy the trip, sounds epic.
