Creating a holiday break mid program

Hi, I’m coming towards the end of my plan however I managed to get food poisoning over the weekend so I have missed 3 workouts. I will restart my riding either tomorrow or Saturday but will take it easy for the first ride or 2. I just wondered if there was a way to enter a break in my program so i can do an endurance ride or 2 then jump back to what i was supposed to be doing this past week?

Have you already considered adding a „Training adjustment“ to your plan? Those cover things like getting sick, traveling or injury and - besides removing workouts from the selected dates - should also adapt your plan to ease back into it.

While this adjustment is set in your calendar, you can add more workouts or rides manually, which the AI will consider for any future progress

Yep! Just click on any day in your calendar, and you can add events, activities, training adjustments, notes, etc. :+1:

Or, you can just do what you do and the plan will adapt accordingly. I don’t think you can “jump back in” because doing anything different than what was in the plan will cause adaptations. If you miss workouts, or rate them differently than expected, or do different workouts, or do an unstructured outdoor ride, or anything that wasn’t in the plan, the plan will adapt no matter the reason.
