Coming back after illness, straight into Ramp Test?

I have been forced off the bike due to a bacteria infection and then a bad reaction to antibiotics for just over 2 weeks. I’m planning on getting back on the bike at the end of this week which will mean a total of 18 days with no activity.
Should I go straight into the ramp test or should I do some form of opener first.

After downtime i usually just start with some Sweetspot work and adjust the % after feeling, no point doing test before after a few weeks of training. You will probably increase FTP very fast after a big downtime.
