Just watched the two FLO Faster podcasts Chris did with Steve Neal, one shortly before Chris’s attempt at Leadville 100 (both very interesting podcasts regarding training). Anyone ever hear how Chris’s race went … sounds like he almost exclusively used Polarized training for this race.
I’m just seeing this question now. I speak about how my race went in Episode 31 of the show with Bob Seebohar. I ended up hiring Steve to coach me full time after last years race. He’s nothing short of amazing. I was planning on going back to Leadville this year until COVID, but will hopefully be there again in 2021.
