Trainerroad has successfully imported my previous rides from Strava/Garmin, however the vast majority of my previous indoor rides are marked as ‘excluded’. I suspect that this is because my initial FTP setting in trainerroad was way too low so all these rides had really high TSS. I’ve now updated my FTP history which seems to have corrected the TSS for these rides.
Is there any way to ‘unexclude’ all these rides from my TSS and PRs other than manually going through each ride?
