I find the blogs an incredibly useful and searchable source of information. However, I am aware that the information can be superceded by scientific updates etc and sometimes find that the blog on a topic may not have been updated to the latest thoughts of TR as espoused in the Ask a Cycling Coach podcast. Can you add publish and/or modified dates to your blogs to help us cross-reference for relevance and recency?
Keep putting out high quality content, you’re the most consistent source I have.
