Today’s my 36th birthday. I had an FTP test, went from 252 to 255. It’s not much, but it’s improvement, and this time last year I was at 237 and did a test in Feb 2019 that bumped to 252, so I’m at least a little bit ahead of that! Working towards the Maah Daah Hey 50 in August, along with maybe some smaller events along the way.
