Better than decreasing by 2 watts, amirite?

Don’t want to deflate you but that’s within the error margin of your turbo. A rounding error :upside_down_face:

Hey, who invited Reality into the chat?

Not if you’re aiming for 3.5w/kg

I earned an extra watt last week as well. Then I added that extra 5 pounds to my profile that I’ve gained this year from strength training and more protein.

I went up 3 watts. Ha!

(Now I need to work on the kg part of the equation)

Rounding is a thing. I think it is fair to call 3.49 W/kg 3.5 W/kg. I’d be more critical going from 3.44 W/kg to 3.45 W/kg and calling that 3.5 W/kg — technically correct, but I’d still round that down if that were myself.

I was simply trying to add a little light humour.

You just hit a bit too close to home: last year I peaked at 4.67 W/kg. Is it fair to claim 4.7? :flushed:

My honest response would be, yes.

I’m not one for digging into the weeds, as you can probably tell from the majority of my posts on this forum. All I care about is that I hope you wore a smile whilst riding your bike :+1:
