AT has me doing Shoen tomorrow…just noticed its a V02 max 6.1…I’m currently at 3.1…its also marked “stretch”. I have a B race this sunday, not sure if I want to start the week off by killing myself.
Based on your past experience hitting those power levels if you think it’ll wreck you, use workout alternates. Sometimes it feeds a stretch like that but if you aren’t ready that’s your call TR is a great tool but it’s not a doctor.
I just got given an FTP estimate 9 watts higher which I’m stoked about but it makes me nervous especially in those VO2 workouts heh
