Best plan for Unbound 100

Hi all.
Just got accepted for Unbound 100. Coming off a broken femur injury 3/27/21. Been back on the bike since 9/1/21.Started back up with TR on 1/4/22. I was doing SS base. Just added Unbound to my calendar. It recalculated everything. I’m doing low volume. 3 workouts a week and then adding in some zone 2 rides outside. I noticed that adaptive training has switched to a lot of vo2/anaerobic and threshold workouts. I’m looking to finish under 7 hours closer to 6. Sub 6 would be awesome probably would have been able to pre accident. Have prior training and racing experience. Should I go with what adaptive training has laid out for me ?
