Open YouTube and search for the techno channel called HATE. Ignore the dumb name, it’s full of all types of pounding techno to get lost in on the pain train. They’ve also got a SoundCloud.

Blackened by Metallica has been playing in my ears a lot lately. Highly recommend for long painful intervals.

Synthwave is amaaaazing for hard workouts. It’s really motivating and helps you when you’re in the dark place.

Nice topic and for sure I’ll listen to some of the music tips here. I’ll share mine later once I don’t know them by hart but there are some music’s I repeatedly put on those really hard moments.
