I had Eight sleep for a while but had to stop using it due to back spasms. It did work well for some time, but I didn’t have great temperature control over the room itself, so I think it had something to do with the ambient temperature vs. back/mattress temperature. There are other things you can do to improve sleep - pillows designed to stay cooler, high quality sheets, having a quiet/dark room, and probably most important ambient room temperature. I’ve heard 66 degrees F is ideal for sleep.
