Hello, I did a TR workout via Rouvy (TR is controlling the resistance). When I finished, I have 2 rides. If I associate the Rouvy ride with the corresponding TR workout, will TR counts it as a same single ride or two separate one? I don’t want the algorithm to get the impression that I rode twice as prescribed
Hey @sloika
You did the right thing by matching the Rouvy ride file to the TR Workout as you’ve followed the prescribed workout.
However, your Calendar is showing both the matched workout and an additional completed TR Workout. Essentially you have the same workout showing twice in two different ways.
Can you tell me more details as to how you completed Goode +1 set up wise? I’ll check in with the team, as the system should not allow two workouts with the same time stamp.
The Rouvy was slightly shorter than the TR. I think it was 1h09 vs 1h15. Naturally, Rouvy was synced earlier to Strava, hence pulled first to TR. Then I finished the TR, put my survey, and saw 2 workouts. It gives me yellow day warning, so my guess is it does think I did twice the load.
The more important thing is, what should I do? Should I just delete the Rouvy one?
IMO, if TR is controlling the trainer end recording workout data; power, HR, cadence… I would delete the Rouvy ride. Since my TR workouts sync to Strava, I’d delete the Rouvy ride there as well. Rouvy is just providing entertainment during the TR workout.
As @Saddlesaur mentioned, you should delete the Rouvy ride and keep the TR one and in the future make sure to end your TR workout, let it process, then end the Rouvy one. This way we can avoid duplicate workouts.
