Anyone try out with Search for Speed?

I saw a Search for Speed booth at the Sea Otter Classic and found it interesting. It’s a talent identification program for track cycling, mostly centered in Southern California. As far as I’m aware they’ve finished their open combine for 2024. It looks like they do the following tests: 1) speed & agility; 2) vertical jump; 3) 40-yd dash; and 4) max power Wattbike (2x 6-sec) plus (1x 30-sec) effort.

Anyone here participate?

Canada has RBC Training Ground which goes through a similar process but for multiple Olympic sports. Pretty much all of Team Canada’s women’s track sprint team has come up through that program.
