Weird…I could briefly see that image, but now I can’t. 
But no, that is not what the “mid-size” screen looks like on my iPad. It is smaller than that, but larger than what an iPhone screen would be (I think).
I’m getting pretty fed up with watching GCN on my Android phone. Everything was fine watching MSR until they hit the Poggio then twice in 3km the screen cut to the Volta a Cataluynia page. Whilst trying to find my place on the second time I accidentally saw the finish line celebration.
Do it or don’t do it GCN. Don’t make a half arsed job of it! Most races I’ve watched have had issues.
@Brian_GCN Is there any update on a Roku App? The Chromescast integration is terrible (even with a latest gen Chromecast) and not a viable alternative…

Which devices are you using? We aren’t getting lots of reports of poor casting experience so it might be something we can help with. If you head to gcn.eu/apphelp and submit a ticket we can help sort it out.
Roku is still in the works, we don’t have a definite release date yet I’m afraid but we’ll get it out as soon as we can!
@Brian_GCN - Had an odd issue the other day:
I was watching the first part of Mark Beaumont’s “Round the World in 80 days” and the background bar for closed captions would be displayed but none of the text. I had CC turned off but couldn’t alter anything regarding CC, so couldn’t turn them on/off, change language, etc. Didn’t happen with the second part yesterday so might just have been a temporary glitch.
This was on the website via Chrome browser (v87) on MacOS
@Brian_GCN is availability on apple TV still in the pipeline?
Happy to report zero issues in 12 months watching across multiple android and Win 10 devices, but I have an ATV dedicated to workout entertainment and can’t use it to watch GCN.

GCN has been super buggy. Trying to watch the Giro via web browser and no matter what I do I can’t get it to work. All I get is the message: “You don’t have the correct package to play this content.” Which is B.S. since I paid for the annual subscription. Have used multiple browsers, disabled all shields, rebooted multiple times, used VPN on and off, etc. Can’t think of anything else to do at this point. Beyond frustrating. This is one buggy piece of crap app.
I’ve seen other errors in the past, but not that one. FWIW I’ve found the web player using Chrome on iPad to be pretty reliable.
Out of interest, what device are you using and what country are you in?
Thanks. Laptop in the U.S. with fiber optic 1 gig internet. Have tried Chrome, Bing and Brave. Off to try Firefox and see if that works. As a workaround I now have it playing on my Android phone via the GCN App and casting to my TV. It is okay but not ideal. I miss the Fubo cycling channel! Thanks again.
I got Firefox to work on my laptop after multiple click through windows. Not the most intuitive. One would think that in 2021 streaming via web browser wouldn’t be so complicated. But seems GCN+ really just focuses on their iOS and Android apps, and less so with their web streaming?
Funny thing - it just works for me. Firefox on Windows 10. Easy peasy. There have been issues with accessing some “highlight only” events, but no problems playing full events and replays.
Clear you cache and cookies 
Yes I had cleared everything on the other browsers and there was still no love. But Firefox on Windows 10 seems to be working well now. Wasted an hour this morning but all is good. Enough ranting and off to enjoy Giro 2021. Thanks!
For my gcn works great on iphone, my sony tv (well the remote does not with app) but still waiting for roku and atv to show up because casting from iphone does not work. Maybe it is my iphone 8 but not too bothered to change my phone.
