Loaded a custom ramp test from a coach into TR.
It gave it a workout level of 18.6.
I didn’t complete the workout and filled in the workout feedback as intensity too high.
However now my Anaerobic level is a 10. Doesn’t matter much to me as I never really train this zone but this does seem a bit weird?

Custom Workouts are assigned Workout Levels, however, they are not on par with the Workout Level logic specifically designed for TR Workout.
That said, I see you’ll be following a TR plan, so I would recommend excluding the Ramp Test and any other custom workout from your Progression Levels so it doesn’t inflate them.
Once you complete the Ramp Test you can exclude it by going to your Calendar>>Click on Ramp Test>>Edit Pencil>>uncheck PLs>>Save:
