Not sure if it’s worth going back through whatever coverage they offer, but it’s within the last 20 minutes of when the live broadcast cuts off. You’ll be able to tell when it occurs because they’re sitting at a table with Matteo’s mom, brother, sister, and Perino
Honestly, this should not come as a surprise at this point…
I am an Escape member, and a frequent listener to The Move podcast. I particularly like Johan Bruyneel’s commentary and perspective on racing. I am not here to defend what Armstrong did in the past, but I am also not of the opinion that people are all good or all bad. I don’t understand the continued outrage, but also respect people’s decisions to form their own opinions and choose their own content. All that said, I don’t know what this article offers. A fan of Escape, but feel like this was for the clicks.
Arg. We mostly watch the replays on Peacock. For the last two days they have put the winners’ names into the thumbnails under highlights. F spoilers.
agreed, phil and bob are terrible. Half of the time Bob has no idea what he’s talking about and needs to be corrected. These guys are bad.

I like Steve Porino and, dare I say, CvdV is actually really good on the moto but Bob and, in particular, Phil are just awful
Sometimes I don’t want to bother with using a VPN and have decided that Peacock is fine for me.
One more day of this and I can gleefully cancel Peacock.
Awful compared to GCN+ and Eurosport’s coverage I was able to watch last few years.
Not going in for the Vuelta…just watch the highlights on Youtube that Eurosport posts.

Holy crap! Not TDF, but Peacock cuts to a commercial as the American is receiving bronze. Hahahaha, what the hell?

It’s absolutely nuts. I had peacock cut the women’s MTB race right as the battle was happening for 2nd/3rd as they switched to some other stream.

Is Phil Liggett retiring, full stop, or just not commentating on the Olympics any longer?
Cycling and Olympics on Peacock have been utter trash. Luckily, it’s been free via my ISP, but I question if the damage to my sanity has been worth it. 
I dont know that he’s retiring as I don’t recall him being on the 2021 broadcast.
What I’ve noticed though from being forced to watch peacock this past week is Bobke and the Steves aren’t great, but they’re definitely ok and tolerable. Its Phil that’s the problem.

I really like Steve Perino and Bob Roll is ok but Steve Schlanger was horrific.

I’ll gladly listen to Schlanger over Bobke…yeah, he is a bit monotone and formulaic, but at least he isn’t a buffoon.
