I have just completed sisters -2 and if I score the perceived effort as hard it’s predicting a 4 watt increase in ftp in 6 days time but if I score it max effort I’ll get a 2 watt increase. For context I have been injured which has been recorded in the app and AI gave the work out a 65% it would be rated hard. Why such a big difference having listened to the podcast it shouldn’t matter but this seems big to me and may affect training going forward. Any insight would be welcome

Half way through I thought hard by the end of it max effort. Last thing I want is for ego to get the better of me
I wouldn’t worry about the 2 watts and just rate how it feels. For example, an FTP that is 248 vs. 250 will have just over 1 watt difference when dong a sweet spot effort. Well within the error accuracy of a power meter and something your body isn’t going to notice.
