Sometimes my AI FTP triggers after 4 weeks of base training, when I’m moving onto build phase. Just recently, didn’t get a AI FTP trigger after week 5. Should I wait till week 6 or trigger it manually? Reading FAQ, seems suggested to rerun AI FTP 4-6 weeks. However, it didn’t auto trigger this time.
I’m no coach but I think at a stage in your plan its better not to trigger all rather you work at a stable FTP and build your time to exhaustion at it.

We’d generally recommend using AI FTP Detection as you start a new block of training (i.e., your first week of training after a recovery week).
I’m already in a new block. My current goal is raising FTP, without detection I can’t say if there was any progress or not to adapt to a new FTP. Wasn’t sure if I should do it during middle of a build block. Thanks, I’ll trigger it manually in case.
