I’m in the lottery for the Dirty Kanza 200 this year - hoping to make the cut. The race is 20 weeks away and I’m currently starting into Traditional Base High Volume III (three weeks). When I’m done with Traditional Base III, should I do another full set of Traditional Base I, II, II (12 weeks) or move on to Build? Or perhaps I would do another Traditional Base High Volume III and then start into Build? My current FTP is 270 and I like to be above 300 if possible in 6 months… Any suggestions? Tips? Pointers?
