Hi,
as a possible solution to enable TrainNow to recognize and honor recovery weeks, would it be possible to add a new kind of annotation to the calendar called “Recovery” and have TrainNow only suggest suited workouts while the annotation applies?
I’d imagine this to work similar to the “Time Off” annotation in a structured training plan and think it could help athletes working primarily with TrainNow for their workouts over longer periods of time to better avoid over-training by allowing them to plan for recovery.
