Adaptive training intensity adjustment

My vo2 max set was too easy so I skipped test intervals occasionally to extend work interval. My IF was much higher as a result. For adaptive training purposes should I rate it as “easy” since I adjusted it or rate it as “hard” because after my adjustment it was quite difficult?

I may be wrong but I don’t think AT takes into account intensity adjustments so I would rate it based on the set workout, rather than your modification :slight_smile: i.e. easy
