Currently in 40k TT low volume plan and started to do more trainerroad outdoor rides over the last few weeks with the weather changing ,
I’ve been getting adaptations showing after completing most rides recently but before I’ve had a chance to complete the post ride survey,
Is this normal ?

When completing TR Outside workouts you will have to answer the Post Workout Survey workout after the ride file syncs to TR and gets matched to the TR workout.
The Post-Workout Survey flow it’s a bit different from completing a TR Workout straight from our app as the ride file is not coming from us, so it will not be immediate.
