I accidentally deleted a week of workouts from my training plan. How do I get them back on the calendar if I don’t remember what they were? Or how do I get TR to recommend replacement workouts for the week in advance? Do I have to do TrainNow each day? Or do I have to recalculate the whole plan again?
Delete your current plan and remake it in plan builder with the same starting date as the original plan
It would be a nice feature for TR to be recommend replacement workout weeks, or even just a few days if you had to delete or change your schedule, the recommended workouts taking into account your past workouts and plan goals.
