If I abandon a “hard” (e.g., VO2) work-out first thing in the morning for whatever reason (e.g., someone interrupts, I suck, etc.), should I finish it or re-attempt it later the same day, or wait until the next “hard” day?
It does depend on the reason, but I would probably move on and repeat the next day you have intensity scheduled.
probably depends on how far you get. If it’s 10 minutes and you can try again, I’d say go for it. If it’s 50 minutes, then I’d pass.
